A couple of hours at the Gym resulted in the following shots amongst others. Tried to go for a gritty look to them. Lit by one Softbox and 1 brolly set back to just lift the shadows. My son, Mark Proctor is the subject – 1 week after competing in his first ‘natural’ competition in Adelaide, Australia where he came second.
