August saw the annual air show at Blackpool with the weather much brighter than the last few years. There were most of the usual aircraft on show flying largely between the central and north piers, they did seem to be further off-shore this time though. The shots below were all taken from the central pier as that ensured that the sun was behind us.

These are stunning photographs Steve. I was there too with our Grandchildren and thoroughly enjoyed the day – good to see the prom filled with people. I assume they planned the day to coincide with the tide to ensure people don’t get too close to the action and they can assure consistency of viewing for spectators. Well done again, Eddy
