As the coronavirus continues to lock us down my daily exercise now includes me taking a camera on the walks. There are many country lanes and footpaths around my home town in rural Lancashire so I will be exploring some of these over the weeks.
A recent walk took in the back lanes between Clitheroe & Pendle hill and, as it’s spring time, there was much to observe. We spotted a Coal Tit nest building in an old wall, a pair of Buzzards soaring above and many spring flowers bursting through. Added to that there were a few views back towards the castle keep that I wasn’t familiar with. These lanes provided some really photogenic locations, all I need to do now is to coax the wildlife into the right places to get some better quality images. Below are some of the images captured, nothing outstanding but some possibilities to develop…
