For a long time I’ve wanted to photograph our native Red Squirrels in snowy conditions and this month I’ve managed it. We had quite a good drop of snow and it stayed cold so all I had to do was get the gear together and set off to Hayes for the shoot. Simon Phillpotts (Wild Dales) has a hide near the dales town and this is where the shot below was taken.  More to follow.
