I attended a Photoshop compositing course by Terry Donnelly recently to learn some of the additional skills that we photographers can use these days. There was much to observe and learn about the lighting of the models to aid the cutting process and then even more on how to use Photoshop to blend the separate images into one. Terry has a great and easy going approach that really helps to deliver some interesting and effective topics in a clear manner. Well worth attending if you are interested in this style of photography.

Below is my first attempt at a composite images since the workshop and features  Michela Scott, an Ellie from Addo in South Africa and a driveway from the Vyne in Basingstoke, all in it is 26 layers of images, shadows and textures.
