A day was spent with a group of Red Squirrels in a location close to Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales. The weather was dull and overcast and with the Squirrels being in a small copse, the light was very low and this made any action shots just about impossible. I needed the camera ISO at circa 10,000 just to get shutter speeds in the region of 1/100-1/200 of a second so the shots were predominantly of the squirrels sitting and feeding on logs also and rooting around on the ground.
