I am very happy again with my ‘Lancashire & Cheshire Annual Photography’ individual results, I managed to be placed 6th in the overall award of Photographer of the Year. This requires a set of 12 prints and 12 digital images in 3 sections; Colour, Mono and Nature.
Last year I set myself a target of a ‘top 10’ position and came in at 5th and this year it was always going to tough to consolidate the 2016-17 achievement. It was only in the week before the deadline that I added some very new images that helped to push the score up and give me that position.
My placings were:
– Digital worker – 8th Place with 150 points
– Print worker – 8th Place with 148 points
– Photographer of the Year – 6th Place with 298 points
Below are the images that gained me this position and the scores (out of 15) that they individually achieved.
