The results are out for the latest photographic World Cup. The competition was won by Taipei of Taiwan, but British clubs otherwise dominated the placings at the top of the leaderboard. Chorley Photographic Society finished a very creditable 5th place and I had a couple of entries in there, one of which was ‘accepted’. Other British clubs featured well too with many of current successful clubs claiming seven of the top ten places, a great indication of the strength of photography in the UK. Overall the marking appears to be lower than usual for some reason, the placings and Chorley’s images & scores are shown below.
