Parktannas is a small collection of vintage vehicles that are privately owned and housed in a small town in the NW of England built up over a ten year period by the proud owner Tony. A camera club outing was organised for a Monday evening and if the range of vehicles was not enough we also had a selection of models on hand too.

Our models for the night were Tony (Parktannas owner), Holly, Victor Vortex and our very own Adrian who stood in at the last minute in his own inimitable way! The weather played its part too, not too sunny and no rain so the group got stuck into the task at hand without delay. There were opportunities to photograph each of the models in various surroundings including vintage cars, gypsy caravans, workshops and much more. We could also home in on some of the details on offer such was the variety of items on show. Now this wasn’t some high-gloss showroom but much more of a rust compendium so colour, texture and shape were abundant. There were smiles all round as images were captured and ideas explored and shared, I know that I kept telling myself that I had enough images but the found more opportunities that just had to be explored. More images can be seen here.
