One on the innovations that developed during the COVID-19 lockdowns has been the use of online resources, Zoom being the popular one. This has led to groups meeting online rather than in person in their usual surroundings but it has also opened up photographing people online too. My first experience of this new method of photography can be seen here.
I have now just had my second online shoot, I must do this more often, and again it was with Ivory Flame – a well known and very popular model based in the midlands. As you repeat processes you learn how to improve them and this time I got much more out of the session and I certainly built on my previous experience. As usual I created and shared my requirements in advance of the shoot and these were developed as we bounced ideas off each other. I also had a specific composite image in mind called ‘Temptation’ which I gained a number of great images for and will post this as soon as I have finished it.
